With polling day a few days away, we are now into the final stretch of the election.
I’ve really enjoyed the campaign. It’s given me the chance to speak to so many people here in south Bristol, as well as in nearby key seats, and hear about their concerns and the challenges they face.
For many residents I speak to, their hopes for this election are simple: change.
After 14 years of underachievement with the Conservatives, people are fed up. We now have the opportunity to get a Labour government that can rebuild Britain.
But we need people to vote for it. Labour has lost the last four general elections. Whatever the polls might show, we can’t afford to be complacent with the future of our country.
On Thursday, vote Labour. Vote for change.
